A large-scale student housing development delivering over 700 rooms across 15 buildings for a major Dutch student housing corporation. The project repurposes more than 500 Scandinavian modular units, demonstrating the circular construction model at institutional scale and proving that reused modules can meet the quality and compliance standards of long-term lease operators.
Backed by a 15-year lease with one of the Netherlands' largest student housing providers, the development represents an investment of over €30 million and delivery is on track for Q4 2026. The project showcases The Reserve's Premium Living capability: employer-led demand, pre-lease structuring, and modular delivery working together to create housing that's fast, financeable, and built to last.

A luxury guest ranch on US Forest Service land along the Buffalo Fork River, situated between two of America's most iconic national parks. The Reserve Hospitality is co-developing the expansion of this historic property, redesigning the guest accommodation and partnering on the rebuild programme.
The proposal combines sensitive refurbishment of original log cabins with new prefabricated builds, using modular construction to overcome the high cost and logistical challenges of traditional stick-building in remote Wyoming. We're specifying and managing the prefab cabin supply chain end-to-end.
